Not Yo’ Granny’s Egg Nog

Egg Nog is one of the most QUINTESSENTIAL Holiday drinks! We taken this drink and make it even BETTER. You’re going to want to make a double batch this season!

 

Egg Nog Day

Makes 12 servings

Ingredients:

12 large eggs
1 1/2 cups Swerve
1 tsp sea salt
8 cups whole milk, divided
2 packets KETO//OS® Max Vanilla SKĪ
2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 cups heavy whipping cream

 

Instructions:

1. In a large saucepan, whisk together eggs, swerve, and salt.
2. Add 4 cups of milk and cook on low heat until a thermometer reads 160°-170° (about 30-45 minutes.) Do not allow to boil.
3. Transfer to a large bowl.
4. Stir in KETO//OS® Max Vanilla SKĪ, nutmeg, and remaining milk.
5. Place bowl in an ice-water bath (to prevent desperation), stirring until mixture is cool.
6. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
7. Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
8. Whisk into cooled milk mixture.
If desired, sprinkle with additional nutmeg before serving.
